You are responsible is to win as many fans as possible per model through TikTok and Instagram, while building up as many followers as possible.

Onboarding of new team members

    • Focus on ensuring that new members are fully trained, understand their roles, and can start contributing effectively within the first few weeks. Provide ongoing support and clear communication to address any challenges during the onboarding process.

Creator Onboarding & Brand Suggestions

  • KPI: Time for onboarding <7 Days

    • Ensure that creators are thoroughly briefed on brand guidelines and expectations. Provide tailored suggestions to help them align their content with the brand’s image and goals. Regularly review their output to maintain high standards and offer constructive feedback for improvement.

TikTok Training the Creators

  • KPI: Creator needs to create exceptional content within the first 7 days

    • To ensure that our creators succeed and make the most efficient use of their and our time and energy, it is crucial to provide proper training. You will send them videos to replicate, which they will then submit in the group chat for your review. You will provide feedback and either approve or deny their submissions. Our goal is to produce high-quality, highly engaging content.
    • Additionally, you should assess each creator’s strengths and weaknesses to facilitate a more streamlined and effective workflow.

Optimization of the current strategies & creators

  • KPI:  Increase in views, engagement, and subscriber numbers on OnlyFans, with a target of 10%+ growth every two weeks.

    • Regularly analyze current strategies and creator performance to identify areas for improvement. Implement data-driven adjustments to content, promotion tactics, and audience engagement strategies to achieve the desired growth metrics. Monitor progress closely and be agile in making necessary changes to maintain consistent growth. Provide feedback and support to creators to help them optimize their content for better performance.

Keeping the TRA Department accountable, giving the feedback, instruct them

    • Oversee the managers and ensure they do their tasks properly and completely; provide coaching when needed 
    • Review and Approve all optimization initiatives by the managers 
    • Ensure all allocations are suited for the models before sending them out

Airtable Management

  • Conduct weekly analysis of good and bad trends 

1:1 Calls, Team Calls & Reporting

Training Academy

Successful applicants will be required to participate in a four-day virtual training academy, where they will learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

The academy will include a combination of live and pre-recorded sessions, quizzes and assessments, as well as interactive breakout sessions with your colleagues.

Here are the most frequently asked questions and answers regarding the position.

It helps if you are familiar with the OnlyFans, social media and customer support market. We’ll teach you our target group knowledge here too, of course, but you should be able to communicate at eye level with OnlyFans creators who are completely new or already making sales. Maybe you had/have an agency yourself or were employed in an agency.

No. Because we have found that the most important thing is that you fit into our team culture, have a strong drive for growth and are coachable.

As a rule, you should have at least a few months of experience. But feel free to apply, as we also hire and train people without previous experience.

Your income is based on the number of accounts you manage and a performance-based component for clients who renew. Even if you only achieve your minimum KPIs, the remuneration is in a range that is above average even for full-time client success managers. You will receive more details about this in the interview.
