Your First 30 Days at Bunny Agency
We invest heavily in onboarding because we know that a strong start leads to long-term success. Here is what your first month looks like, regardless of your role.
Immersive Training
You will complete our structured training program covering the creator economy, OnlyFans platform mechanics, and your specific role responsibilities. Every new hire is paired with a mentor who has been in the role for at least six months.
Shadowing & Practice
You shadow experienced team members on live accounts, observing real workflows and learning how decisions are made. For chatting roles, you practice on test accounts before engaging real subscribers. For marketing and management roles, you observe team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Supervised Live Work
You begin working on live accounts with close oversight from your mentor and team lead. Every piece of work is reviewed and feedback is given in real time. This is where your training knowledge translates into practical skills.
Full Autonomy & Performance Review
By week four, you are operating independently with regular check-ins. You will have a performance review with your team lead to discuss what is working, where to improve, and your growth path within the company. Top performers often begin earning bonuses by this point.
