The CEO oversees overall company direction and creator partnerships, the COO manages day-to-day operations across all six studios, and the CMO drives marketing innovation and brand strategy. Together, they have built Bunny Agency from a three-person startup into the industry leader it is today.

Each creator at Bunny Agency is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as their primary point of contact. Account managers handle strategy planning, performance reporting, content scheduling, and day-to-day communication. They know every creator's goals, boundaries, and brand inside out. Our account management team is the backbone of the creator experience.

Our chat team operates around the clock across multiple time zones, managing fan conversations, PPV sales, custom content requests, and subscriber retention. Trained in our proprietary chat scripts and tone-matching techniques, they seamlessly represent each creator's voice. The chat team is one of the largest departments at Bunny Agency and a critical driver of creator revenue.

The marketing team handles creator promotion across Reddit, TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other platforms. They run paid campaigns, organic growth strategies, cross-promotions, and collaborations. Every marketing initiative is data-driven and A/B tested. The team also manages creator branding, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all channels.

Our content production team operates across all six studios, providing professional photography, video production, and post-production editing. They work closely with creators to plan content calendars, shoot high-quality material, and ensure every piece of content is optimized for maximum engagement and revenue on the platform.

The DMCA and legal team monitors the internet 24/7 for unauthorized use of creator content. They issue takedown notices, manage copyright claims, and work with platforms to remove leaked material as quickly as possible. This team also handles contract management, compliance, and ensures that every creator's intellectual property is protected.
