As a Backend Manager at Bunny Agency, you are the operational backbone of a fast-growing company that manages hundreds of creator accounts worldwide. Your primary focus is ensuring that internal processes run efficiently, team members have the tools and resources they need, and technical infrastructure remains stable and scalable. You will design and refine workflows across departments — from chat operations and marketing to onboarding and quality assurance — eliminating bottlenecks and improving output at every stage. On the technical side, you will oversee our internal software stack, coordinate with developers on platform improvements, and manage integrations between the tools our teams rely on daily. Reporting is a critical part of the role: you will build dashboards, track key performance indicators, and provide leadership with clear visibility into team productivity and operational health.
