As a Client Success Manager at Bunny Agency, you are the primary point of contact for our creators. You own the entire relationship lifecycle — from onboarding new creators onto our platform to developing long-term growth strategies that maximize their earnings. You will coordinate between our chatting teams, social media marketers, and creative directors to ensure every creator receives a cohesive, results-driven experience. When issues arise, you are the first responder — handling escalations with composure, finding solutions quickly, and turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen trust. You will track account performance through data and analytics, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable recommendations during regular check-ins with creators. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with clarity and empathy, and is deeply motivated by helping others succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned creators, building strong and lasting relationships
- Onboard new creators — set expectations, configure accounts, and coordinate team assignments
- Develop and execute tailored growth strategies based on each creator's goals and audience
- Coordinate between chatters, marketing, creative, and operations teams to deliver cohesive results
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for creators
- Handle escalations, complaints, and sensitive situations with professionalism and urgency
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase creator revenue
- Conduct regular check-in calls and strategy sessions with creators
- Gather creator feedback and relay insights to leadership for process improvements
- Maintain detailed records and notes in our internal CRM system
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with comfort reading analytics and performance metrics
- Empathetic, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in the adult content industry
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with content creators or in the creator economy
- Knowledge of OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar platforms
- Background in digital marketing or social media management
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or similar)
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish, German, French, or Portuguese)
- Previous remote team management experience
