Role Overview

As Creative Director at Bunny Agency, you are the visionary behind the content that defines our creators' brands. Your role spans the full creative lifecycle — from developing overarching content strategies and building detailed content calendars to directing photoshoots, video productions, and social media campaigns. You will work with each creator to understand their unique personality, audience, and goals, then translate that understanding into a cohesive visual identity and content roadmap that maximizes engagement and revenue. You will lead a team of designers, editors, and marketing specialists, providing clear creative briefs, constructive feedback, and quality standards that elevate every piece of content we produce. Staying ahead of visual trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and OnlyFans is essential — you will spot emerging aesthetics, content formats, and engagement patterns before they peak and integrate them into creator strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, experience managing creative teams, and a passion for helping individuals build authentic personal brands. Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to each creator's brand, niche, and target audience
Build and manage content calendars with a minimum one-month forward view across all platforms
Direct photoshoots, video productions, and content creation sessions — remotely and on-location
Define and maintain visual identity guidelines for each creator account
Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, video editors, and content creators
Create detailed creative briefs for all content assets and campaigns
Review and approve all creative output to ensure quality, brand consistency, and platform optimization
Analyze content performance metrics and use data to refine creative strategies
Research and implement emerging content trends, formats, and visual styles across major platforms
Collaborate with marketing, chat, and client success teams to align creative output with business goals

Requirements

Must-Haves

3+ years of experience in creative direction, content strategy, or a senior creative role
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and brand development
Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)
Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
Deep understanding of content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and subscription platforms
Comfortable working in the adult content industry
Excellent communication skills and ability to give clear, actionable feedback

Nice-to-Haves

Experience working with content creators or personal brands
Video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
Photography direction or styling experience
Knowledge of OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar creator platforms
Background in influencer marketing or talent management
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
