located all over the world and with our management team located in Europe.
01 - Your Tasks:
You will be responsible for attracting OnlyFans Creator in your pipeline as clients. In addition to making sales calls, this is done through Nurturing, Follow-Up & Self-Gen activities.
Conduct scheduled sales calls: The goal here is logically to close deals for our management service. The most important KPIs here are your call close rate (%) and the closed deal volume.
Lead Nurturing: If no deal is closed during the first call, you nurture the relationship over the long term and prepare to close a deal at a later date.
Prepare a deal at a later point in time.Prospecting: You will be expected to close gaps in the calendar – of course you will use our lead channels.

- OnlyFans Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of how the OnlyFans market and related areas work.
- Sales experience: previous sales experience and the ability to get even better when you train with the best.

It helps if you are familiar with the OnlyFans, social media and customer support market. We’ll teach you our target group knowledge here too, of course, but you should be able to communicate at eye level with OnlyFans creators who are completely new or already making sales. Maybe you had/have an agency yourself or were employed in an agency.
No. Because we have found that the most important thing is that you fit into our team culture, have a strong drive for growth and are coachable.
As a rule, you should have at least a few months of experience. But feel free to apply, as we also hire and train people without previous experience.
Your income is based on the number of accounts you manage and a performance-based component for clients who renew. Even if you only achieve your minimum KPIs, the remuneration is in a range that is above average even for full-time client success managers. You will receive more details about this in the interview.
