OnlyFans PPV Price Calculator
Whether you are priced too high or too low comes down to one number: your price elasticity — the share of your unlock rate you lose for each percent you add to the price. Lose less than 1% of unlocks per 1% of price and you are underpriced. Lose more and you are overpriced. This calculator measures that number from two sends you have already made, rather than assuming an industry average we would have had to invent.

Your CRM has these. Two different prices, and the unlock rate each one got. That is all this needs.
How many fans receive the mass message.
Send A — the cheaper one
What you charged.
The percentage who paid to open it.
Send B — the pricier one
What you charged.
The percentage who paid to open it.
What your own two sends say
Your measured price elasticity
0.76
Every 1% you add to your price costs you about 76% of a percent of your unlock rate — less than you gain. On your own data, you are priced too low: the fans who unlock at $10 are largely still unlocking at $25.
Projected from your elasticity of 0.76, anchored on Send A. This assumes the same elasticity holds at every price, which it does not — read the note below the table.
| Price | Projected unlock | Buyers | You keep | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $5 | 20.3% | 101 | $405 | |
| $10(measured) | 12.0% | 60 | $480 | |
| $15 | 8.8% | 44 | $530 | |
| $20 | 7.1% | 36 | $568 | |
| $25(measured) | 6.0% | 30 | $600 | |
| $30 | 5.2% | 26 | $627 | |
| $40 | 4.2% | 21 | $673 | |
| $50 | 3.6% | 18 | $710 | |
| $75 | 2.6% | 13 | $784 | |
| $100 | 2.1% | 11 | $841 |
What this model cannot see
The projection assumes your elasticity stays the same at every price. It does not. Two real sends tell you the slope between those two prices — they say nothing about what happens at four times either of them. That is why the table has no “best price” highlighted: under a constant elasticity below 1, projected revenue simply keeps rising, and any tool that draws a peak out of that is drawing a peak out of nothing.
Use the number, not the tail of the curve. If your elasticity is below 1, the honest read is “test one price step up” — not “charge $100”. Then re-measure, because the elasticity you get from your next two sends is the only thing that tells you whether the step worked. And segment: the price that is right for a whale is not the price that is right for a three-week-old subscriber, and sending one price to everyone is the mistake no calculator can fix.
What is PPV on OnlyFans?
PPV means pay-per-view: individually priced content sent as a locked message that a fan pays to unlock. On the accounts Bunny Agency manages it is the largest single revenue source, out-earning subscription fees — which is exactly why the price you put on it deserves more than a gut feeling.
How do you know if your PPV price is too high or too low?
Compare how fast your unlock rate falls against how fast your price rises. That ratio is your price elasticity. If a 10% price increase costs you less than 10% of your unlock rate, the increase earns more than it costs and you are priced too low. If it costs you more than 10%, you are priced too high. The break-even point is an elasticity of exactly 1, where the two effects cancel and your revenue does not move at all.
You do not need a survey to find this out — you need two sends at two different prices, which you almost certainly already have. Divide the proportional change in unlock rate by the proportional change in price: e = ln(unlockA / unlockB) ÷ ln(priceB / priceA).
| Your elasticity | Unlock rate you lose | Revenue change | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.50 | −8.7% | +9.5% | Raise the price |
| 0.75 | −12.8% | +4.7% | Raise the price |
| 1.00 | −16.7% | +0.0% | Price is not your lever |
| 1.25 | −20.4% | -4.5% | Cut the price |
| 1.50 | −23.9% | -8.7% | Cut the price |
What a 20% price increase does to your revenue, at each elasticity. Derived from revenue ∝ price(1−e) — the arithmetic, not a survey. Your elasticity is the input; measure it from your own sends above.
What is a good PPV unlock rate?
Across the 400+ accounts we manage, unlock rates cluster between 5% and 15% on a healthy account. That is our own observation as an operator, not a published industry statistic — we know of no credible survey of this, and we would rather tell you where the number comes from than dress an estimate up as research. Below 5%, the problem is rarely the price: the message is going to the wrong fans, at the wrong time, with a caption that does not sell. Consistently above 15% and you are almost certainly underpriced.
Should you send the same PPV price to every fan?
No — and this is the mistake that costs the most. Revenue on a mature account concentrates heavily in a minority of fans, so a single price is simultaneously too high for the fan who joined last week and far too low for the one who has spent four figures. Segment by spending history and price the segments separately. Your elasticity is not one number for your whole list; it is a different number for each segment, which is why measuring it per segment beats any blanket rule.
